Mental Health First Aiders Network Meeting

Last week we held our final Mental Health First Aider Support Network meeting of 2024.  We have 17 Mental Health First Aiders across the RTC Group Plc and we hold meetings every 3 months face to face and on teams for those not able to join us in person.

Our topic for this meeting was Grief and Loss and we viewed a very insightful video on Grief and how we may be able to support our work colleagues.

We are very proud of our Mental Health First Aiders who offer an invaluable service and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their hard work, dedication and empathy.
