At The Derby Conference Centre, we have a range of quality facilities to host successful conferences and training events  in our flexible conference rooms.

Our internal space includes our magnificent Sunken Lounge; perfect for exhibitionsjob fairs or large presentations. Our flexible space is ideal for your next conference, with a convenient location and over 300 onsite parking spaces the benefits are endless.

Not only do we have the capacity to accommodate large numbers, there’s also the ability to supply high quality equipment, with an on-hand experienced team who will be looking after every detail, ensuring that your event will run smoothly. We recognise that no two events are the same and offer a flexible and bespoke service to meet your requirements.

Our facilities are open seven days a week, and with our guest accommodation on site, we offer the perfect environment for residential events.

Conference Equipment Hire

From your presenting essentials such as LCD projectors, flipcharts and lecterns, we can take care of any specialist requirements and provide everything you need for a successful day. Our packages include any office essentials such as stationary, paper and pens – so you will be all set for the day!

Menus

When planning your meeting, you can get ahead with one of our packages, which include food! Both include a two-course working buffet lunch or a two-course restaurant lunch. But if that doesn’t take your fancy then you can order from our restaurant menu, which is carefully prepared by our talented chef. See your options below:

Useful Information

We are fully accessible for wheelchair users and can cater for anyone with other specific access requirements. We have 4 disabled car parking spaces at the front of the venue, with a wheelchair ramp to enter the building. There is level access from the main entrance to an accessible toilet, restaurant and bar and 11 out of 12 meeting rooms, with a lift to access the sunken lounge.

We have an on-site hotel of 50 bedrooms, which you can book for your meeting with us!

How to Find Us!

The Derby Conference Centre is an easily accessible venue, and central location in the UK.

We are very conveniently placed in the heart of Derby with great transportation links surrounding the DCC, with the M1, M42, East Midlands Airport and Derby train station all being nearby.

We have up to 300 free car parking spaces on site for when you visit. We also have 14 charging points, so you are able to charge your car while you are in your meeting.
