New Years Eve
Bring in 2026, and Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Derby Conference Centre!
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a glass of champagne, followed by our delicious 3 course meal. Get the party started with live music from The Heatwaves (Soul and Motown Tribute Show), followed by bringing the New Year in with a DJ set from our very own DJ Daz.

Christmas Party Nights - Useful information
Fill out our enquiry form above, and one of our sales team will get back in touch with you – alternatively, give us a call on 01332 861842 and chat to the team, to make a provisional booking!
We then require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person 2 weeks later to secure your booking.
Full payment and pre-orders are required 6 weeks prior to the event date.

An all inclusive wristband allows you to have unlimited drinks throughout your Christmas Party Night! If choosing to have the all inclusive band, everyone in the party must have one and there is a maximum of 2 non-alcoholic wristbands per table of 10.
There is no formal dress code, however our guests may wish to dress to impress!
Yes, we have complimentary car parking spaces on site, as well as 12 electric charging points available.
Please access the car park through the front entrance located on London Road.
We have a DJ throughout the whole night – and other entertainment TBC!
Tables are pre-allocated on round tables of between 8 and 12.
Please note, you may be sat with other parties, depending on your numbers.
Please see the floor plan on the screens when you enter, the name of your party will also be on your table.
If you have ordered all inclusive bands, please collect these from the host upon arrival, who will be located in the foyer.
We are operating a Challenge 25 – so please ensure you have your ID on hand on arrival.
Yes, you are able to buy drinks throughout the night, at our on-site bar.
If you have all inclusive wristbands, you will be able to claim your unlimited drinks throughout the night – we operate a 1 drink to 1 person policy.
Wristbands are not able to be purchased on the night – so if you do require these, please get in contact with the team as soon as possible.
All payments are non-refundable.
No credit or refund will be issued for guests unable to attend.
The Derby Conference Centre will endeavour to run all advertised events, but due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to consolidate or reschedule particular events.
