To check in for your stay, simply visit the front desk at reception and one of our team members will be happy to help.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a registration card. You must provide a form of ID to verify your booking.

Breakfast is served Monday – Friday from 7am – 9am, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am – 10am.
You do not need to book for our restaurant, however please note that our bar and restaurant may be closed when you stay due to private functions – please call us prior to your stay on 01332 861 842 to check.
We also have disabled access rooms available, with accessible bathrooms and a bit of extra space to allow for you to feel comfortable in your stay.
We have up to 300 free car parking spaces on site for when you visit. We also have 14 charging points, so you are able to charge your car while you enjoy your stay. Read more about these here!
Check in is from 2pm daily – early check in is available and can be added by the below:
- 0-2 hours before: Free of Charge
- 2-4 hours before: £10
- 4-7 hours before: £20
- 7+ hours: please contact us to find the rate for that day
We have free cancellation up to 2pm the day prior.
Check out is at 11am – late check out can be added through the below:
- 0-1 hours: Free of Charge
- 1-2 hours: £10
- 2-4 hours: £20
- 4+ hours: please contact us to find the rate for that day
Our Bar, Restaurant and Room Service is available:
- 7am – 9am – Monday to Friday for Breakfast
- 8am – 10am – Saturday & Sunday for Breakfast
- 6pm – 9pm – Monday to Thursday for Evening meals
- Friday & Saturday – the evening bar and restaurant may not be available due to private functions, please contact us via email to check – room service will be available to order.
- Sunday – local takeaway service is available.
