The Derby Conference Centre appoints new Conference, Food & Beverage Operations

The Derby Conference Centre has announced the promotion of Jamie Caulton to Conference, Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

In this role, Jamie will be shaping the guest experience by delivering exceptional floor management ability, excellent customer service, driving sales, hiring, and training quality staff and generating new ideas to evolve the business.

Jamie says: “I’m very grateful to be given this opportunity. I look forward to leading a dedicated and talented conference, food and beverage department, continuing to grow the business, and consistently provide an exceptional guest experience.”

Being a multi-purpose venue, the DCC holds weddings for up to 200 people, as well as over 100 events a year, alongside conferences and meetings, as well as having on-site office space and hotel – there is a lot of opportunity that can be further explored and developed within Jamie’s new role.
